Equipment:
Pizza Stone or baking sheet
Peel
Cutting Board
Good knife
Ingredients:
1 Cup of cooked chicken
Pesto Sauce- I use Buitoni when I don't have fresh basil to make my own.
Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup cooked spinach
3 pieces cooked bacon
2 cups Tillamok Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 of a red onion sliced thin
Procedure:
1. Roll out pizza dough and place on hot baking stone.
2. Cook dough for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
3. Remove from oven and spread pesto sauce on the crust.
4. Sprinkle sliced onions, cooked chicken, spinach, red pepper flakes, and bacon pieces all over crust.
5. Dollop BBQ sauce all over pizza
6. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
7. Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
