Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce

Equipment:
Sauce Pot with lid
Wooden Spoon
Cutting Board
Good Knife
Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients:
1 Cup Ketchup
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 T Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C minced onion

Procedure:
1.  Mince onion really well and put in a hot pot.
2.  Add brown sugar and let cook for a few minutes.
3.  Add all other ingredients and cook until the flavors are combined and the sauce is nice and thick. 
Can be used immediately or stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator.  Makes almost 2 cups of sauce.
